What Do They Do?
Services include transitional shelter for single women or women with 1-4 children. Residents also receive case management, employment counseling, budget counseling, substance abuse counseling and child services (not child care).

How Much Does It Cost?

||While there are no program fees, participants in the program are required to put a designated percentage of their income into a savings account kept by The Salvation Army. All saved money will be released back to client upon their exit from the program.

|Accessing Services|| ||Single women should be referred through an emergency shelter program. Women with children should contact the Norfolk HART Team first. HART Team will make further contact to H.O.P.E. Consumer cannot self refer. Service provider cannot refer directly. |
